Making Fitness Fun

I am a happy, energetic and positive trainer who truly believes in the power of enjoyment and having fun through exercise. This enjoyment combined with knowledgeable training encourages better commitment and amazing results.

I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a Level 1 Crossfit certification. I love the energy and feel of group classes and have taught bootcamp, kids classes, children's PE classes and now my own remote Anti-Viral group sessions.

 

Additionally, I train clients 1-2-1 outdoors and in my home studio. My PT sessions and classes will keep you on your toes and are never EVER boring!!! Variety and intensity is the spice of life and definitely so for my teaching.

 

I gauge what each client is motivated by and train you to maximise that. 

 

I am first and foremost a mum of 2 young boys, James (7) and Leo (4). I specialise in pre and post natal exercise and having gone through it all myself twice I know first hand the effort and commitment needed to overcome the barriers for women after having kids.
